I also think that the "active" requirement requires anything but sleeping. Finding one with chatty or hawkeye always makes me wonder if they just ruin/improve any area they are cleaning at the time or if they are non relevant.Īfter watching the students for awhile I can confirm that Janitors (and any teachers for that matter) apply their buffs and debuffs to any room they're passing through whether it is their teaching room or not.
